​​​​​​​The Virginia Theatre Festival, the professional summer theatre at the University of Virginia, will present a love story for the ages with Ken Ludwig's Dear Jack, Dear Louise, opening July 21 at the Helms Theatre.

The Virginia Theatre Festival has announced that its upcoming production of Ken Ludwig's Dear Jack, Dear Louise, the heartwarming two-person play about a World War II courtship conducted entirely by mail, will star Suzannah Herschkowitz and Jordan Sobel. 

Casting has been announced for the Berkshires premiere of Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig's Dear Jack, Dear Louise at Shakespeare & Company.

The Virginia Theatre Festival will take another exciting step in its return from the pandemic by kicking off its 2023 season with a major musical.

Northlight Theatre is continuing its 2021–2022 season with Ken Ludwig’s Dear Jack, Dear Louise, directed by Jessica Fisch and featuring Casey Hoekstra and Sarah Price.  The production runs July 7 – August 7, 2022. Get a first look at photos!

The Board of Directors, Artistic Director David Leidholdt, and General Manager David Gritzner have announced the Millbrook premiere of Dear Jack, Dear Louise by Ken Ludwig opening on June 17, 2022 in the Poorman Cabaret.
