The Old Globe Theatre's Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the cast and creative team for the Tony Award-winning comedy, BOEING-BOEING. The classic farce is written by Marc Camoletti and Beverly Cross, and directed by Mark Schneider. Overseen and originally directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus, BOEING-BOEING will run in the Old Globe Theatre March 13 - April 18. Previews run March 13 - March 17. Opening night is Thursday, March 18 at 8:00 p.m.

Old Globe Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the complete cast and creative team for the World Premiere of Duncan Sheik and Kyle Jarrow's Whisper House

Lou Spisto, Executive Producer of the Tony Award®-winning Old Globe, is pleased to announce the grand opening gala for the new Conrad Prebys Theatre Center on December 7, 2009. The evening will include a special performance by South Pacific stars, Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot, with musical direction by Ted Sperling, and will officially open the new Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre.

A new production of 'I Do! I Do!' will be the first production to 'christen' The Old Globe in San Diego's new Sheryl and Harvery White Theatre.

'Some Enchanted Evening,' the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center Inaugural Gala, begins at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 and includes a reception, dinner and a performance in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre by Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot, the stars of Broadway's South Pacific. The orchestra will be conducted by Ted Sperling.

Old Globe Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced that Tony and Grammy Award winner Duncan Sheik will perform in concert with members of his touring band at the Globe prior to the World Premiere of his new musical, Whisper House, on Jan. 11 at 8:00 p.m. Sheik has toured extensively this year and will perform songs from Whisper House and his other acclaimed albums. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the Globe's education activities. Tickets to Duncan Sheik in Concert are currently available by subscription only. Executive Producer Lou Spisto announced today that The Old Globe will produce the contemporary musical drama Street Lights. The new musical, created by composer and lyricist Joe Drymala, chronicles a group of inner city teenagers who fight to save their high school music program from being shut down. Directed by Ryan J. Davis, Street Lights uses hip hop, R&B and pop to tell a timeless story in the musical language of today's youth, while creating a bridge to earlier generations by incorporating samples of classic civil rights anthems.

Directed by Kim Rubinstein, The Savannah Disputation will run in the Globe's Arena Stage at the San Diego Museum of Art's James S. Copley Auditorium Sept. 26 - Nov. 1, 2009.

Directed by Keith Glover with choreography by Keith Young and music supervision by Ian Fraser, Sammy will run in the Old Globe Theatre Sept. 19 - Nov. 8. Previews run from Sept. 19 - Oct. 1.
