The time has finally come! After two months of intense competition, America has chosen the season 11 winners of DANCING WITH THE STARS. In tonight's two hour conclusion, Bristol Palin, Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey faced off one final time on the dance floor, and it all paid off for Jennifer and partner Derek Hough, who took home the coveted mirror ball trophy. Kyle and Lacey Schwimmer were the runners up, while Bristol and Mark Ballas took third place.

Lance Bass, chef Cat Cora, and Green Day will sponsor a gay-friendly prom in response to a Mississippi teen being conned into attending a fake prom earlier this month, Advocate.com is reporting. The event will take place in Mississippi on May 8th.

It is has been quite a season on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Contestants Ultimate Fighter Chuck Lidell and former Senator Tom DeLay (both of whom were cast off the show relatively early on) sparred; DeLay and Kathy Ireland and Kelly Osbourne suffered the expected bumps and bruises; and superstars such as Alicia Keys, the Bee Gees provided musical backdrops.
