Producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender have announced the full Broadway cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, starting performances at the Lyric Theatre in New York on November 12, 2020. The world’s most award-winning new play returns to North America as a newly staged, single show magical experience.

The National Theatre today announces the on-sale dates of upcoming productions Trouble in Mind, Wuthering Heights and Small Island, as well as the return of daytime opening for visitors.

Today, a digital lottery for The Lehman Trilogy, the five-time Olivier nominated epic play by Stefano Massini and adapted by Ben Power, was announced ahead of the production’s first preview on Saturday, September 25. 

Joining the cast are Lola Adaja, Samson Ajewole, David Annen, Valerie Antwi, Sue Appleby, Phil Cheadle, Craig Connolly, Robert Curtis, Tim Dewberry, Jim Fish, Thomas Gilbey, Jemma Gould, Rachel Hinds, Jordan Lang, Ronnie Lee, Katrina Lopes, Lucy Mangan, David Mara, Lucia McAnespie, Jayne McKenna, Kathryn Meisle, Gordon Millar, Ian Redford, and more!

Tickets for the exclusive West Coast production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the world’s most award-winning new play, are now on sale. Performances will resume at San Francisco’s Curran as a newly staged, one show magical adventure beginning on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Extra tickets go on sale to the public from Monday 19 July. Tickets for The Normal Heart, East is East, Manor and Hex on sale to the public from Friday 30 July. Learn more about all of the upcoming productions here!

The show has moved up its return and will be back on Broadway in just one part. Get the scoop! The show returns to the Curran in San Francisco on January 11, 2022. The Canadian premiere in Toronto will begin performances in May 2022 at the Ed Mirvish Theatre.

Tickets for the West End production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are currently available for performances at the Palace Theatre until 27 March 2022 and remain priced from £15 per part, and for every performance there are over 300 tickets at £20 or less per part. 

Performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child begin at Broadway’s Lyric Theatre in New York on November 16, 2021. Broadway tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, July 12, 2021. Now, the show has been boldly restaged as one singular performance.

The National Theatre has today announced its programming until the start of next year with productions on all three South Bank stages as well as three major UK tours, two productions on Broadway, a return to cinemas, and a new feature film to be broadcast on television this autumn. In the week the theatre reopened for audiences again, six new productions were announced, and five productions halted by the pandemic were confirmed to return to the South Bank.  

The National Theatre's five-time Olivier Award nominated epic play, The Lehman Trilogy, is set to resume performances on Broadway on Saturday, September 25, with an opening night set for Thursday, October 14 at the Nederlander Theatre. General On-Sale tickets for The Lehman Trilogy will be available beginning Wednesday, June 9 at 10am ET.

New tickets for the record-breaking theatrical event Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will go on sale to the general public at 9.00am on Thursday 29 April 2021.

It has been announced that the suspension of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child performances in the West End has been extended to Sunday, 18th July 2021. 

Multi-award-winning theatrical event Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will resume performances in Melbourne on February 25, after a hiatus of 49 weeks. The landmark production suspended a record-breaking run at Melbourne’s Princess Theatre after public health measures were imposed by the government due to COVID 19.

It could not have been better timing for the National Theatre to screen Small Island, Andrea Levy's epic and incredible story. This sellout 2019 production was due to return this autumn, but is now screened as part of the National Theatre At Home series. Levy never got to see how her novel translated so powerfully onto the stage as she sadly died just before rehearsals started. Her 2004 book is poignant, moving and warm and the themes of love, racism and prejudice set among the Windrush generation could hardly feel more prescient. Helen Edmundson's adaptation is faithful to these qualities and creates an epic of a production.
