Audiences can celebrate the holiday season a little early as Food Network and HGTV have set linear premiere dates for five scripted holiday features this December. Following their debut on streaming platform discovery+, A Christmas Open House with Ben and Erin Napier  and Designing Christmas with Hilary Farr will both air on HGTV.

The films were created to appeal to passionate Food Network and HGTV fans who love holiday content. Several of the networks’ biggest fan-favorite personalities -- Ben and Erin Napier, Bobby Flay, Hilary Farr and Duff Goldman -- as well as a slate of popular actors, will bring holiday movie magic to life in each scripted feature.

Food Network and HGTV have wrapped production on four all-new holiday features that include cameos from top network talent including Ben and Erin Napier, Bobby Flay, Duff Goldman, and Hilary Farr. Food Network debuted its first-ever scripted feature, Candy Coated Christmas with Ree Drummond last November.

Today, Freeform announced that the critically acclaimed series “The Bold Type” will return for a fifth and final season. A signature hit for the network, the series will celebrate Kat, Jane and Sutton’s journey in the farewell episodes set to air later this year.

Freeform announced today the launch of Instagram Live concert series, a?oe#StayTheFFHome Live Music Showcase,a?? kicking off this FRIDAY, APRIL 24, at 1:00 p.m. PDT on Freeform's Instagram. The live music series will run biweekly and highlight Freeform talent and feature performances from musical artists who have been featured in the network's shows.

Today, Freeform announced the January 2020 premiere dates for the network's critically acclaimed returning series: “Good Trouble” on WEDNESDAY, JAN. 15 (10:00 p.m. EST), “grown-ish” on THURSDAY, JAN. 16 (8:00 p.m. EST), and “The Bold Type” on THURSDAY, JAN. 23 (9:00 p.m. EST).

“Good Trouble” will return for more trouble in its highly anticipated sophomore season on TUESDAY, JUNE 18, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT on Freeform. “Good Trouble” follows Callie (Maia Mitchell) and Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) as they embark on the next phase of their young adult lives in Los Angeles, as Mariana tackles the male-dominated world of tech and Callie faces the harsh realities of the federal legal system clerking for a federal judge.
