Tony Award-winning producer Eva Price and the streaming platform Stellar have announced that Titanique – the new musical send-up of the blockbuster film Titanic, featuring the songs of pop icon Céline Dion – will give global audiences a virtual concert preview of the show before it hits the New York City mainstage.

To support The Trevor Project, JOOKMS is excited to share Randy Redd's Absolute Brightness. When Redd heard that calls to the Trevor Lifeline had nearly doubled since the pandemic lockdown began he reached out to over 30 singers to record his song, inspired by Trevor Co-Founder, writer and activist, James Lecesne's novel and solo show The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey.

Finally, Our Lady J's return to musical performing after so long in the writers' room yielded a bountiful evening of new compositions and surprising covers, and though we would have wished her to dial back the electro-processing of her fine voice just a bit, this evening for modern music lovers was a daring and tantalizing night of cool vibrations, and so we award Our Lady J a fine 4 out of 5 Rainbows.

A Little New Music will once again introduce a sparkling array of artists singing brand new musical theatre songs in a classic cabaret setting at Hollywood's historic Catalina Jazz Club on Wednesday, November 20th at 8:30pm. Audiences of A Little New Music's concert series will discover firsthand the new songs that could become future classics of the American musical theatre landscape.

Broadway's next generation comes to LA in A Little New Music's 20th concert of new musical theatre songs in The Sorting Room's 2019 Summer Series at The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on June 26th at 7:00 pm. Kathy Deitch (B'way WICKED, FOOTLOOSE) will host. Multiple LA Ovation Award-winning composer Gregory Nabours (THE TROUBLE WITH WORDS, MARILYN! Retreat to Broadway, a national non-profit project that pairs innovative programming with live theater, is launching their second national arts education initiative focused on the groundbreaking musical, RENT. Not only does Retreat to Broadway want to help increase viewership for Fox's national telecast of 'RENT Live!' on January 27, but they also want to provide a unique framework to discuss the important themes RENT presents its audiences: celebrating differences, empathy, cultural diversity, addiction, mindfulness, conflict resolution, acceptance of self and others, etc.

Actor, singer and television personality FRANKIE J. GRANDE will join the cast of TITANIQUE - a musical parody of the 1997 hit film Titanic, featuring the songs of pop icon Celine Dion - in the role of "Victor Garber" for its New York engagement this summer at The Green Room 42.

After a 5 year hiatus, Heart tribute band, ALL HEART makes a rousing return to DROM to benefit Jerad Bortz and his husband Steven Skeels, who've suffered a terrible car accident, leaving Bortz paralyzed. Lead vocalist, Kathy Deitch and Bortz were fellow cast members in the Broadway production of WICKED, and she's gathered band members Dan Weiner, Jake Ezra, Jon Price and Greg Skaff for a reunion not to be missed. This adaptation of Shakespeare's classic tragedy has been reconceptualized to connect with the modern day #MeToo movement by offering an alternative explanation for one of its leading character's actions. It is built on the notion that all of the women are victims of sexual abuse - most specifically, Lady Macbeth - who, in this version, has been raped by King Duncan while her husband is off fighting the war.
