Michael Feinstein and the Pasadena POPS kick off their one of a kind, simply cannot miss popular outdoor summer concert series at the Los Angeles County Arboretum on Saturday, June 7th with 'Feinstein's Favorites.' A POPS trademark, Feinstein brings a wealth of rare musical gems and premieres from his personal treasure hunts from archives found in basements in Brooklyn, garages in Hollywood and the personal family collections of Peggy Lee, Leo Arnaud, Henry Mancini, Nelson Riddle and more. Audiences of all ages will indulge in a priceless opportunity to hear these definitive performances of great songs in classic arrangements that carry a freshness and excitement in a one of a kind setting.

The stars are coming out to play this summer with Principal Pops Conductor Michael Feinstein and the Pasadena POPS and their one of a kind, simply cannot miss popular outdoor summer concert series at the Los Angeles Arboretum. Coming off the heels of last summer's critically acclaimed concerts to record breaking crowds, Feinstein and the Pasadena POPS are taking the popular series to new heights. Artists include Laura Osnes ('Cinderella' and 'Bonnie and Clyde'), Norm Lewis ('LES MISERABLES' and 'Porgy and Bess'), Julia Goodwin (2013 Great American Songbook Youth Ambassador), composer/host Tena Clark, Dionne Warwick (five-time Grammy Award winning music legend), Michael Feinstein (to sing Gershwin for one night only), powerhouse singers Maureen McGovern, Patti Austin, stars of stage and screen Kevin Earley, Liz Callaway ('Anastasia and 'Aladdin'), Jeremy Jordan ('Smash'), plus special appearances by Debby Boone, Alan Bergman and pianist Armen Guzelimian.

Now through December 28, Michael Feinstein will be bringing his 'Holiday @ Birdland' to Birdland Jazz Club. Performances run December 24-26 (Tuesday-Thursday) at 9:00PM and December 27-28 (Saturday-Sunday) at 8:30PM & 11PM. Scroll down for photos from one of the concerts!

High school vocalists from New York and Connecticut will compete on Saturday, June 15 at a regional for the Great American Songbook Vocal Academy & Competition. Sponsored by the Michael Feinstein Great American Songbook Initiative, the annual endeavor is the only U.S. competition dedicated solely to the music from Broadway, Hollywood musicals and the Tin Pan Alley era of the early to mid-twentieth century.

Returning to the role of New York ‘zillionaire' Daddy Warbucks will be one of Australia's greatest theatrical talents, Anthony Warlow, fresh from his success in the title role of the World Premiere of Doctor Zhivago. Show business legend Nancye Hayes will play the tyrannical Miss Hannigan who runs the orphanage where Annie begins her journey. This is the third Australian production of Annie that Nancye has been involved with, having played Lily St Regis in the original production and been Assistant Choreographer for the second.
