Beth Leavel makes her fiction podcast debut as the focus of next Monday’s episode of In Strange Woods. Known primarily for her comedic roles, here Leavel makes a fierce dramatic turn with her tour-de-force performance as Sandra Howland-Pierce, estranged cousin to Howl, played by Tony Award nominee Patrick Page.

Celebrating 15 years of providing kids with a place to be heard and belong, Broadway Bound Kids held its 5th Annual Broadway Bee last night (December 10) in a free live stream raising $43K in support of arts education.

Paige Davis and Jessie Hooker-Bailey each raised over $5K in support of Broadway Bound Kids.

Broadway Bound Kids is celebrating 15 years of providing kids with a place to be heard and belong! They are partnering with the Broadway community to present the 5th Annual Broadway BEE ….the Virtual Edition. The Bee will be live streamed for FREE on Broadway Bound Kids’ site at 7pm EST on Thursday December 10th.

The first-ever New Works Virtual Festival kicks off tonight! Every evening from December 5th - 25th of 2020 at 8PM EST/5PM PT, the New Works Virtual Festival will stream video readings of 20 new scripts of non-musical pieces (19 plays, 1 teleplay) as well as an 21st (a 'Christmas Special') featuring the work of a diverse group of writers and all-star cast members.

The New Works Virtual Festival will stream 20 new non-musical scripts every day from December 4th - 24th of 2020 (19 plays, 1 teleplay) featuring the work of a diverse group of writers and all-star cast members. A 21st piece will be selected from holiday-themed submissions to be streamed on December 25th.

The next generation of Broadway performers is ready to shine in The Broadway Potluck, a showcase of Broadway hopefuls set to premiere on Sunday, October 18 at 7pm (EDT) on the Broadway Cares YouTube channel.

Jared Sullivan and Stephen Lowry of Showboy Bakeshop in Las Vegas, Nevada have started a new, live baking and talk show on Instagram TV showcasing their love of desserts and Broadway.
