Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of André Bishop) just announced the New York premiere of THE GARDENS OF ANUNCIA, directed and co-choreographed by Graciela Daniele, with book, music, and lyrics by Michael John LaChiusa. 

Following packed performances in New York City (Asylum NYC), Jersey City (Jersey City Theater Center), and Boston (Rockwell & New Rep), NYC-based queer actor and comic Michael John Ciszewski is touring his third solo show LOVEFOOL from June to August 2023, with performances throughout NYC as well as in Providence, RI, Provincetown, MA, and Jersey City, NJ! The show is co-created with Brian Dudley and directed by Noah Simes.

The revival of the Tony Award-winning The Secret Garden - The Musical has just opened at the Ahmanson. Sierra Boggess heads the large cast directed and choreographed by Warren Caryle. I had the chance to chat with John-Michael Lyles who plays Dixon, a most pivotal influence on the central character Mary Lennox.

Following a sold out work-in-progress performance at Jersey City Theater Center in June 2022, New York City-based queer creative Michael John Ciszewski is bringing his third solo show LOVEFOOL to Boston's Rockwell Theater on December 11 and New York City's Asylum NYC on December 15!

The ensemble of performers who will comprise the chorus for the Australian premiere of the concert spectacular Do You Hear The People Sing? has been announced. Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg will travel to Australia together this week for the first time in 25 years for this extraordinary event which celebrates their iconic musicals including Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.

The New York premiere production of Los Otros, a musical in one act with book & lyrics by Tony Award nominee Ellen Fitzhugh (Grind, Paradise Found) and music by five-time Tony Award nominee Michael John LaChiusa (The Wild Party, Giant), will star Luba Mason and Caesar Samayoa.
