The acclaimed play, The Inheritance, begins previews at Broadway's Ethel Barrymore Theater on Friday, September 27, 2019 and will officially open on Sunday, November 17, 2019. This afternoon, the production announced its rush ticket policy.

BroadwayWorld has learned that real-life married couple Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker will come to Broadway in Neil Simon's Plaza Suite following an out of town run at Boston's Colonial Theatre - where the 1968 production also originated, before a 17 week run on Broadway at the Hudson Theatre with previews set to being in March. The production will be directed by John Benjamin Hickey.

The Inheritance, the 2018 Evening Standard Theatre Award-winning 'Best Play' by Matthew Lopez, must end its strictly limited engagement at the Noel Coward Theatre on Saturday 19th January. Sonia Friedman, Tom Kirdahy and Hunter Arnold present the Young Vic production which opened in the West End on Saturday 13th October to widespread critical acclaim, with reviews recognising it as a modern classic, and one of the most important plays for many years.
