by Melissa Giordano
- Sep 25, 2013
It is always interesting to see a local production of the classic Tony winning musical LES MISERABLES. It is such a huge show and to perform it locally is a huge undertaking. However, if you have a wonderful cast and the fantastic direction of Jeffrey Sanzel, the production will turn out wonderfully as Theatre Three's did.

by Melissa Giordano

Back to Bacharach and David is a nice little gem of a revue. I was vaguely familiar with the music, but not familiar with this particular show prior to seeing it. However, with it being directed by the fantastic Long Island theatre vet Steve McCoy, I knew the audience would be in for a treat.

BWW Reviews: Theatre Three's THE PAJAMA GAME - A Worthy Evening Out
by Melissa Giordano
- Sep 14, 2011
Set in the 1950's, the Pajama Game shows the frustration between management and labor unions, intertwined with a love story of people on opposite sides of the picket line (Babe and Sid with Babe the leader of the strike and Sid one of the heads of management). The show is still a very relevant, especially in the current economy, with businesses trying to cut as much as they can while trying to increase their output of products and overexerting their employees. It is this seemingly timeless struggle that is at the heart of the Pajama Game, and portrayed excellently in this production.
