The Mayo Performing Arts Center is set to feature Pinkalicious, Forbidden Broadway: Alive and Kicking, and Jim Brickman - The Love Tour February 2, 14, and 15.

I COULD SAY MORE -- a new play by Chuck Blasius -- will be given its world-premiere production Off-Broadway, with previews starting tonight, January 10, 2014 prior to an official press opening night on Monday, January 13 at Hudson Guild Theatre (441 W. 26 St.) in Manhattan.

Metropolitan Playhouse, Obie Award winner for exploring American culture through theater, hosts The Gilded Stage Festival, the theater's ninth annual Living Literature Festival of performances inspired by the lives and works of American writers and creators. The Festival is a collection of nine new works by artists and companies from near and far, taking their inspiration from the writings, causes, and lives that defined The Gilded Age. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the San Francisco debut of world-renowned powerhouse tenor Mario Frangoulis, has been rescheduled from Friday, November 8, 2013 to Friday, April 4, 2014 at Nourse Theatre (275 Hayes Street, San Francisco). Frangoulis has rescheduled his entire North American visit, including two other one-night-only performances in Chicago and New York.

Unveiling songs from his new, critically acclaimed international release, Beautiful Things, Frangoulis will continue his limited Unite States tour with performances at the Harris Theater in Chicago on Sunday, November 10 and The Rose Theatre at Jazz at the Lincoln Center in New York on Saturday, November 16. Frangoulis will donate a portion of proceeds from these three performances to charity. The program will air on PBS stations nationwide November 24, 2013 (check local listings). Artists are subject to change.

Scheduled for January 13th through 26th, 2014, The Gilded Age Festival is a collection of new plays celebrating the spirit of work and spirit of the Gilded Age: America from 1875 to 1901. Works adapted from, inspired by, relating to prominent authors' and leaders' works, lives, and spirit are all welcome.
