The New York Daily News is reporting that in a surprise twist, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES star Kelsey Grammer, who had been announced to play the role of Georges, will in fact be doubling as both leads, Georges and Albin, in six month stints.

Fred Applegate has joined the cast of the critically-acclaimed, Olivier Award-winning Menier Chocolate Factory production of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, playing the roles of Edouard Dindon, the rigidly conservative head of the Tradition, Family and Morality Party and café owner M. Renaud. LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, starring five-time Emmy Award winner Kelsey Grammer and Olivier Award-winner Douglas Hodge, goes into rehearsal in New York on Monday, March 1.

The producers of the critically-acclaimed, Olivier Award-winning Menier Chocolate Factory production of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES are pleased to announce additional casting for the forthcoming Broadway production of the Tony Award-winning musical.

A new musical version of the classic sitcom 'Happy Days,' starring Joey McIntyre and Ernie Sabella, will run in L.A. from February 15th through March 12th at the Falcon Theatre in Burbank, California
