Tony, Grammy and Emmy-Award winning actress Cynthia Erivo celebrated her 31st birthday last night with her Broadway colleagues including Leslie Odom Jr., Nicolette Robinson, Jonathan Groff, Danielle Brooks and Jasmine Cephas Jones, as well as Jordan Roth and Lauren Reid COO of John Gore Organization. Tony nominee, Keala Settle, Hollywood star Hugh Jackman, and the cast of the upcoming motion picture musical, 'The Greatest Showman' are featured in this month's issue of Vogue. The director of the film, Michael Gracey, discussed the making of the film with the publication, discussing the process and challenges of making the film with fashion icon Hamish Bowles.

Guests arrived at the Metropolitan Opera House in Lincoln Center for American Ballet Theatre's Spring Gala on a rainy Monday evening.

Last night, February 18, Harvey Weinstein hosted a star-studded performance of Eugene O'Neill's HUGHIE -- starring Academy Award winner, Golden Globe Award winner & BAFTA winner Forest Whitaker and Tony Award winner Frank Wood at Broadway's Booth Theatre (222 West 45 Street) -- followed by and intimate reception in celebration of director Michael Grandage and Whitaker, who is making his Broadway debut. Looking much like an opening night, numerous boldfaced names were in attendance last week at a workshop for FINDING NEVERLAND, directed by Diane Paulas and starring Matthew Morrison and Laura Michelle Kelly. It'll premiere at begins performances in July 2014 at the Loeb Drama Center at The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University. Featuring new songs by Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy, NEVERLAND previously held a workshop on August 26th, featuring Kelly, Jason Alexander, Brian d'Arcy James and Kathleen Chalfant. The new musical FINDING NEVERLAND premiered in Leicester on September 22., led by Julian Ovenden and Rosalie Craig. Adapted from the much-loved Oscar-winning Miramax film, FINDING NEVERLAND, this exquisite new production was brought to the Leicester stage by celebrated Oscar and Tony Award-winner Harvey Weinstein, with direction and choreography by Olivier and Tony Award-winner Rob Ashford (Anna Christie at Donmar Warehouse), a book by Allan Knee (Little Women on Broadway), and music and lyrics by Tony Award nominees Scott Frankel and Michael Korie. Escape to a wonderful world of enchantment with this musical tale of the life of playwright J.M. Barrie, and the inspiration behind his classic book, The Adventures of Peter Pan. With his last play a failure, James Barrie is crippled by writer's block and success seems like a far-away land. American Ballet Theatre (ABT) held its annual Opening Night Fall Gala benefit last night at the David H. Koch Theatre, hosting over 700 patrons, sponsors, supporters, friends, alumni and members of the Board of Trustees. ABT's inaugural season at the David H. Koch Theatre marks the Company's first return to the venue since 1976. The gala, which serves as the opening of ABT's fall season at the Koch Theatre, raised $1.65 million dollars and a portion of the proceeds will support ABT's education and community outreach programs.
