ASCAP Award-winning writer/producer Chip Deffaa's new CD, 'Irving Berlin: Sweet and Hot'--being released January 4th--features such  Broadway and cabaret  notables as Steve Ross ('Private Lives'),   Jerry Dixon ('Once On this Island'),  Seth Sikes ('The Band's Visit'), Analise Scarpaci ('Mrs. Doubtfire'),  Alex Dreier ('Finding Neverland'), Charlie Franklin ('The Book of Mormon'),  Giuseppe Bausilio ('Hamilton'), Matthew Nardozzi ('Dracula'), Jon Peterson ('Cabaret'), and others. 

Created by, written by, and starring Sharrod Williams (Cats, Tuck Everlasting, Hamilton - Chicago), NEIGHBORS is a seven-episode web-series that celebrates love, friendship, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ experience. Premiering November 8, the series tells the story of unemployed actors and best friends Sharrod and Joey (Joey Rosario, Guys and Dolls - Asolo Rep.), as they navigate pandemic life, new interracial relationships, and a secret that threatens their friendship for good.

Although Covid-19 has impacted the arts in myriad negative ways, no one can deny the unexpected innovative opportunities for learning it has also created. Through Zoom, dancers can now train with teachers they only ever dreamed of working with previously! 

Longtime New York commercial and short film director Jack Danini has finished his first feature film, an energetic, broadly appealing, Broadway-inspired musical called ODE TO PASSION. The film will have its world premiere at the Queens World Film Festival Saturday, March 21 at 4:45PM at the state-of-the-art Museum of the Moving Image (MoMI) Redstone Theater, located at 36-01 35 Ave, Astoria, NY 11106 (718 777 6888) in Queens. #EduHam is a series of HAMILTON Wednesday matinees made available to New York City schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families for the ticket price of only $10. This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway cast twice monthly. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida, Footloose, Dance Captain Dance Attack web series) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

For the second year in a row, Hamilton will host a special fan performance on Thursday, October 31 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, with all tickets for the 7:00pm performance being sold for $10.

The musical HAMILTON will conclude its more than three (3) year run in Chicago at Broadway In Chicago's CIBC Theatre (18 W. Monroe St.) on January 5, 2020, it has been announced by producer Jeffrey Seller. Chicago was the first city outside New York where HAMILTON opened; the production began performances on September 27, 2016 at what was then The PrivateBank Theatre.
