'Marvel's Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.,' is an action-packed, fun-filled animated series starring Marvel's strongest super heroes - Hulk, She-Hulk, A-Bomb, Red Hulk and Skaar. In this first Marvel produced Hulk animated series, this Gamma group forms an unlikely family living under one roof, battling evil villains and proving to the world they are not monsters - they are Hulk-sized heroes. The series premieres with a special two-part episode on SUNDAY, AUGUST 11 (11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., ET/PT). Immediately following, a brand new episode of 'Marvel's Avengers Assemble' (12:00 - 12:30 p.m., ET/PT) will air in this special super-sized Marvel Universe block on Disney XD.

Deadline reports that the hit British television series THE SAINT may be making its way back to television. 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer,'s Eliza Dushku and 'Hawthorne's Adam Rayner are reportedly set to star in a new pilot which will be produced by original 'Saints' star Roger Moore.

It was announced today that Michael Madsen ('Reservoir Dogs,' 'Kill Bill: Vol. 1,' 'Kill Bill: Vol. 2'), Lacey Chabert ('Mean Girls,' 'Part of Five'), Scott Grimes ('Robin Hood,' 'American Dad') and Clare Kramer ('Bring It On,' 'The Rules of Attraction') will star alongside Thomas Ian Nicholas ('American Pie,' 'American Reunion,' 'The Rules of Attraction') in Brian A. Metcalf's new horror/drama THE LOST TREE.

Brimmer Street Theatre Company presents the world premiere of All Your Hard Work by Miles Brandman, directed by Michael Matthews, at the Lillian Theatre in Hollywood, with performances beginning on Thursday, July 19. Opening night is set for tonight, July 21 at 8:00. All Your Hard Work will play a strictly limited engagement through August 25.

FX has picked up a fourth season of its comedy series The League, ordering 13 episodes, announced Nick Grad, Executive Vice President of Original Programming, FX Networks.

Hello again, Broadwayworld! It's Lourds Lane, book/music/lyrics writer of CHIX 6, and also performing as the violin playing misfit, RISE, in the show. We've had 3 weeks of shows and it's clear that CHIX 6 is resonating with audiences. We've received standing ovations every single show. This is more of an accomplishment than you might realize since we've played many shows to the Queens Theatre subscription audience where the average age was 80. No joke. In the first two weeks of performances, it felt like the Saturday matinee crowd would tell their parents to see the show which made Sunday matinee crowd even OLDER. The cast, who are mostly all Broadway veterans, have schooled me that typically, old folks don't stand up, even if they like the show. But with our show, these octogenarians jump to their feet without fail. 'Oh my gawsh, these kids are so tehhhlented!' As for the teenagers in the crowd, who've been showing up this past week, both girls AND boys have become rabid repeat fans. People wait outside the stage door weeping. Something is clearly working.
