ABC Family today announced the network has expanded the third season of its hit original comedy series, “Melissa & Joey,” as well as ordered a fourth season, making this the network's first comedy to reach 100 episodes.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, BBC One has greenlit a British version of the long-running U.S. comedy series EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND. The pilot, to be titled 'The Smiths', will star comedian Lee Mack and 'The Office's Catherine Tate.

The international hit play Love, Loss, and What I Wore will return by popular demand to Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts for a limited engagement June 4-16. The all-star cast features Dee Hoty (Mamma Mia!), Sabrina LeBeauf (The Cosby Show), Amanda Setton (The Mindy Project), Zuzanna Szadkowski (Gossip Girl) and Dawn Wells (Gilligan's Island).

The Lee Strasberg Center is hosting the world premiere of a very timely new theatrical work by Jack Betts at The Marilyn Monroe Theatre in West Hollywood entitled IT GOES LIKE THIS which has a message that Americans, Congress and the Supreme Court need to hear as the subject of gay marriage is being put to the vote. Most importantly, it brings awareness to the discrimination and hatred faced by so many individuals in the world today.

ACTOR? is the first ever feature film in documentary history to be animated. It details the trials and tribulations of actors: working or 'resting.' "Actor?" screens May 16th at 1:30pm & May 18th at 3:30pm, and both screenings will take place at the Palais du Festival F in Cannes.

BROADWAY BACKWARDS, the once-a-year celebration of the LGBT community, brought down the house last week while raising a record-setting $347,060 to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. This year's total surpassed the previous record of $329,000, set last year.

This year's star-studded BROADWAY BACKWARDS took place last night, March 18, 2013 at the Palace Theater (1564 Broadway). BROADWAY BACKWARDS is a one-night-only performance produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefiting BC/EFA and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York. Now in its eighth year, BROADWAY BACKWARDS is an annual celebration where gays and lesbians see their stories onstage, told through the great songs of musical theatre, sung by their favorite Broadway performers.

An extremely limited number of $20 rush tickets to this year's star-studded BROADWAY BACKWARDS will be released for sale at 6:30 PM Monday, March 18, 2013. The rush tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Palace Theater (1564 Broadway). They will not be available at the box office. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, cash only and are limited to two tickets per person. The show begins at 8 PM.

Doris Roberts, Jerry Mathers, Frances Fisher, Fred Willard, Dee Wallace, Thaao Penghlis, Jorge Garcia and other celebrity guests were on hand for a 'Hurray for Hollywood' capital raising effort for a new theatre production by Jack Betts, entitled 'It Goes Like This.' The critically acclaimed first Off-Broadway revival of the of Closer Than Ever, with lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr. and music by David Shire, will end its extended run with its 150th performance on Sunday evening, November 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at The York Theatre at Saint Peter's (Entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue) where performances began June 5, 2012.
