American Ballet Theatre's 75th anniversary spring season honored the legacy of the company's seasoned dancers and showcased its younger ranks. Mixed bills displaying a range of classic and neo-classic roles segued into ABT's strongest realm: the story ballet. Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie offered his artists as heroes and heroines. From 'Othello' to 'Giselle' to 'La Bayadere' to Ratmansky's 'The Sleeping Beauty' to Monday, June 15th's 'Romeo and Juliet' at Lincoln Center's Metropolitan Opera House, his dancers remained in a stratosphere of romanticism.

Having established itself as the preeminent night of new musical theatre in Los Angeles, A LITTLE NEW MUSIC returns to Rockwell: Table & Stage in Los Feliz with a highly inventive program featuring Broadway and local talent. The hilariously irreverent Jordan Kai Burnett (THE MAX FACTOR FACTOR) will host for a fourth time, and we are pleased to welcome as our guest musical director the two-time Ovation Award-winning composer Gregory Nabours.

Whether you call yourself Parisian or you're just visiting the City of Love, Broadway au Carre is the new hot ticket in Paris to get your American musical theatre fix, along with a good glass of red wine.
Once a month, you can kick off your Today evening at Le Carre Parisien, a typical Parisian cafe and cave-a-vins, with a cabaret concert by a featured performer, followed by an open mic, where some of the best local artists gather to belt out their favorite Broadway show tunes. Broadway au Carre also features a new musical theatre composer each month, with a set of songs that have never been performed in Europe before. The list of featured composers this season includes Will Van Dyke, Daniel Mate, Andrew Byrne, Peter Saxe, Niko Tsakalakos, Scott Burkell and Paul Loesel, among others.
