BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present vocalist and pianist Steve Ross in a special new show “Autumn Serenades” on Monday, October 24 at 7:00 PM. Ross will sing a few mellow seasonal ballads, including “September in the Rain,” “Autumn Leaves,” “September Song,” and “When October Goes.”

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present a special musical evening with three great musical talents Victoria Shaw, Jim Brickman, and Peter Cincotti, in “Three Friends, One Piano” on Monday, October 10 at 7:00 PM.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present Julie Halston – the brilliant Tony Award-winning comedic actress – on Monday, October 17 at 7:00 PM. Ms. Halston returns to the Birdland stage – live and in person – after two-and-a-half years of global pandemic Zoom meetings and green screens.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf – the acclaimed cellist celebrating her recent album Music of Broadway for Cello and Piano – on Monday, September 19 at 8:30 PM.

Birdland Jazz Club will present a special evening with renowned pianist and singer Billy Stritch and award-winning jazz vocalist Gabrielle Stravelli on Monday, September 19 at 7:00 PM.

Producing Artistic Director Mark Cortale is continuing to shine a star-bright spotlight on his biggest and most ambitious lineup of stars yet, for this, his eleventh anniversary season at the acclaimed Provincetown venue. Audra McDonald has announced her return by popular demand to the Town Hall series on August 28 with Seth Rudetsky.

Every Monday, showbiz superstars hit the stage alongside up-and-comers, serving up jaw-dropping music and general razzle-dazzle on the Birdland stage. Showman Jim Caruso guides the entire affair with razor-sharp humor. Musical director Billy Stritch holds court at the ivories, along with Steve Doyle on bass and Daniel Glass on drums. But the real fun starts when the audience participates in the onstage festivities. Broadway legends, jazzers, cabaret divas, starry-eyed tourists, and kids right off the bus storm the stage to entertain each other. BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the return of Karen Mason – honoring her three-decade collaboration with music director Christopher Denny in the new show “30… And Counting” – on Monday, August 8 at 7:00 PM.

The traditional gift for those celebrating a 19th Anniversary is bronze. Not surprisingly, no bronze was given during Jim Caruso’s Cast Party anniversary celebration, but the packed house was certainly entertained by performers with hearts of gold. Check out photos from the night here!

Birdland Jazz Club will present a special edition of Jim Caruso’s Cast Party – the weekly talent celebration that has been in residence every Monday for almost two decades – to commemorate the event’s 19th Anniversary on Monday, July 11 at 9:30 PM.

On Monday, June 27, Tony Award-winner Linda Lavin returned to her musical home, Birdland, with a concert celebrating her most recent solo album, “Love Notes” (Club44 Records).
