Voting is open for the 19th Annual Theater Fans' Choice Awards through June 3rd! The Theatre Fans' Choice Awards are the biggest New York Theatre Awards, where YOU, the fans, get to have your say.

TFANA has extended the run of Alice Childress’s Wedding Band, directed by Awoye Timpo, to May 22. (The production, which began previews April 28—postponed from an original date of April 23 due to two COVID-19 cases—was formerly set to close May 15).

​​​​​​​Great Barrington Public Theater's Broadway Play online auction is now open for bids. From now until May 27, theater lovers can support the company's lively coming season by bidding on pairs of Producer's House seats to four of the best shows currently running on Broadway, three which come with a special gift bag from the production teams.

Both theatre enthusiasts and critics alike flock to new shows, hoping to view an exciting production they will always remember. In turn, the actors, crew and creatives involved with these shows work tirelessly to open a production that will engage audiences and give themselves a sense of accomplishment. Although no shows opened during the Spring of 2021 due to the pandemic, April has already demonstrated that Broadway is back again with the opening of ten new productions! A sex symbol in the 90s and noughties, now she is Maria Callas in her one-night-only West End debut. An icon plays an icon, both with colossal reputations they can’t shake.

Performances officially resumed on April 12 after the show was on a brief hiatus due to members of the cast testing positive for COVID-19. At this time, both Daniel Craig, and his co-star Ruth Negga, are performing in the show.

MACBETH on Broadway will resume performances on Tuesday, April 12th at 8PM. The performance today, Monday, April 11th is cancelled.

As we approach Passover, being celebrated this year from Friday, April 15th through Saturday, April 23rd, the Upper East Side’s PJ Bernstein will be offering an extensive holiday menu available for catering, delivery and takeout, as well as dining in the restaurant.

Macbeth has cancelled all performances through April 9th, 2022 due to positive COVID test results within the company.
