The Barn Theatre have announced the extension and additional cast and creatives for their Shakespeare in lockdown series, Bard From The Barn.

L.A.-based artist/producer Gryffin has teamed up with platinum-selling country artist Chris Lane for a breathtaking new single called “Hold You Tonight.” Released via Darkroom/Interscope  Records, the track beautifully merges Gryffin's melodic brand of electronic music with Lane's stripped-back yet soulful songwriting and vocals.

Love Fame Tragedy would like to live, and has a new song, 'Please Don't Murder Me (Part 2),' out now via Good Soldier Songs/AWAL. The fresh track, which dropped along with an animated video, is the latest offering from The Wombats frontman Matthew “Murph” Murphy's solo project and the fourth release from his sophomore EP Five Songs To Briefly Fill The Void, due out in February 2020.

Model Child, aka LA-based songwriter and musician Danny Parker, is featured on the latest track from DJ, producer and artist Gryffin, “If I Left The World.” Also featuring pop darling MARINA of Marina & The Diamonds, the song is from Gryffin's recently released album Gravity, with previous singles such as “OMG” (featuring Carly Rae Jepsen) and “Hurt People” (collaboration with Aloe Blacc, co-written by Bastille frontman Dan Smith).

As Porchlight Music Theatre is set to launch its 25th Anniversary Season as Chicago's center for music theatre, it celebrated 24 years and announced its 25th Anniversary co-chairs at the 2019 ICONS Gala Sunday, March 31 at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, 160 E. Pearson. The 2019 ICONS GALA set a new attendance record with 300 guests in attendance and raised more funds that directly benefit Porchlight's artistic and educational programs than previous events. The elegant Gala Brunch, chaired by Tamara Sims, included performances from Chicago's leading talents celebrating the legendary career of Jerome Robbins, the presentation of The Luminary Award to Jean Klingenstein, introduced the 25th Anniversary chairs: RIck and Deann Bayless and Bill Kurtis and Donna La Pietra and silent and live auctions.
