Legendary multi-platinum selling southern rock group The Marshall Tucker Band has announced the first round of dates for its newly-unveiled 2020 tour: The Southern Rockin' Roundup. The iconic band will enter the new decade with nearly 25 live concerts on the books with many additional shows to be announced in the coming weeks. The national tour includes stops in Myrtle Beach, SC; Baton Rouge, LA; Kansas City, MO; Washington D.C.; Waterbury, CT; Morristown, NJ; Westbury, NY and more.

The Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences New York Chapter announced this week the induction of eleven individuals into its Gold and Silver Circles, including two women theater journalists: Susan Haskins-Doloff, executive producer, co-creator, and co-host of the long-running television series 'Theater Talk' and Roma Torre, theater critic and news anchor of Spectrum News NY1. Both have been awarded entry into the organization's Silver Circle in recognition of 25 years of distinguished contribution to New York television.

 HBO Max has greenlit travel docuseries Birth, Wedding, Funeral as part of an overall deal with Lisa Ling. Each episode of the series will immerse viewers in a different country to reveal their cultures through the lens of the three universal rituals—births, weddings, and funerals. In a quest to understand what connects us and celebrate the diversity of deeply rooted customs around the world, each episode is a riveting investigation of the human experience in a specific region, and a dramatic dive into an intimate moment in the lives of the people who live there.

HISTORY(R)'s definitive original documentary, 'Watergate,' from Academy Award(R)-winning director Charles Ferguson ('Inside Job'), will make its theatrical debut on Friday, October 12 in New York at Cinema Village and in Los Angeles at the Laemmle Monica Film Center. The theatrical release of 'Watergate' will follow premieres at the Telluride Film Festival and the New York Film Festival.
