The off shoot company is owned by Vertigo but run by 2 of the Vertigo founders Craig Hepworth and Karl Burge as well as Richard Allen and Stuart Reeve and will premiere their debut play this coming September at the Three Minute Theatre. The first play is the UK Premiere stage version of 'EXAM' a psychological thriller based on the British film by Stuart Hazeldine.
