Syfy will rekindle the magic of Camelot, announcing today the acquisition from FremantleMedia Enterprises of the third season of the popular Merlin series, which will make its U.S. television premiere on Syfy in early 2011.

Syfy's Friday night lineup of Stargate Universe and Merlin both hit season highs during their May 14 telecasts.

Tony Award-winner Diana Rigg and Lesley Manville will headline the cast of the Old Vic's stage adaptation of Pedro Almodóvar's acclaimed film All About My Mother.
