The West End revival of Anything Goes starring Sutton Foster, Robert Lindsay, and more opened Friday 23 July, at London's Barbican Theatre for a strictly limited 12 week season until Sunday 17 October.

ANYTHING GOES, today announced it will open this summer at London’s Barbican Theatre from Friday 23 July for a strictly limited 12 week season until Sunday 17 October. The musical will star Emmy & SAG Award winner Megan Mullally and Tony, Olivier & BAFTA Award winner Robert Lindsay. The musical was previously slated to begin performances in May.

Leicester's Curve theatre has announced plans to extend its streamed run of The Color Purple – at Home due to audience demand. Produced in association with Birmingham Hippodrome, the musical will now stream online until Tuesday 16 March.

Curve is now streaming The Color Purple online. The production is led by T'Shan Williams as Celie, with Danielle Fiamanya as Nettie, Karen Mavundukure as Sofia, Ako Mitchell as Mister and Simon Anthony Rhoden as Harpo. Also returning to Curve is Carly Mercedes Dyer, joining the cast as Shug Avery.

It has today been announced that Curve theatre is extending the run of its critically-acclaimed Made at Curve production of the classic musical, West Side Story.

West Side Story is probably one of the most iconic of all musicals. Inspired by Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, the story is set against a backdrop of 1950's Upper West State New York and centres on rival gangs, the Jets and Sharks, and two young lovers who are drawn together from opposite sides of the tracks. Curve Leicester has chosen the Tony Award-winning show for their Christmas production this year.
