The production is scheduled to begin previews Thursday, March 20 and open on Thursday, April 17 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street).

City Theatre will present a brand new production of the smash comedy 2 Pianos 4 Hands, a melodic adventure featuring music ranging from Bach to Billy Joel and Elton John. Co-written by Ted Dykstra and Richard Greenblatt and directed by Tom Frey, 2 Pianos 4 Hands is a City Events special presentation that will run on City Theatre's Mainstage from November 30 to December 22, 2013, with an Opening Night performance on Friday, December 6 at 8pm.

Following a star-studded concert at the Drama League on October 7, 6-10 Productions, LLC has announced the official release of the studio cast recording of PERFECT PICTURE. Featuring performances by some of Broadway's most distinguished artists, PERFECT PICTURE examines the chaotic love story of the iconic Norman Rockwell. The Broadway Ballyhoo, now in its fourth month at The Laurie Beechman Theater, will feature one of Broadway's most versatile talents, Bob Stillman: he is both a Tony Nominee for his songwriting (Urban Cowboy) and for his acting (Dirty Blonde). He will be joined by one of Broadway's hardest working -- and always working - musical theater actors, William Ryall, who has appeared in thirteen Broadway shows (so far). Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announces a preliminary lineup of star performers, and a luminous array of theater notables including Andre Bishop, Terrence McNally and James Naughton, who will help celebrate three extraordinary people at the annual TRU Love Benefit, Honoring Friendship, Remembering Friends. The trio of TRU friends who will be remembered and honored are producer Randall Wreghitt (Little Women, Beauty Queen of Leenane, Grey Gardens, The Lieutenant of Inishmore, Golda's Balcony, As Bees in Honey Drown, The Food Chain) who died unexpectedly at the age of 55 in May 2011, and will be posthumously remembered with the 2013 TRU Spirit of Theater Award; Michael Feingold, former critic with the Village Voice, who will receive the TRU Humanitarian Award for educating generations of theatergoers about the historical, social and cultural context of the shows he reviews; and TRU member and program director Patricia R. Klausner, who will be recognized and applauded with the TRU Entrepreneur Award for her ongoing dedication in both the not-for-profit and commercial producing arenas.
