Alleyway Theatre's Buffalo Quickies is an annual festival of original one act plays that is celebrating its twenty-third year.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced the third annual Roundabout Underground Reading Series. The series will celebrate seven critically-acclaimed seasons of Roundabout Underground productions. Roundabout Underground Reading Series is a five night event that will include a nightly reading of a new play written and directed by an emerging artist.

Following the news that Legendary's WORLD OF WARCRAFT film adaptation had been pushed back from December 2015 to March 2016, Variety reports that Ben Foster, Toby Kebbell and Rob Kazinsky have joined the cast.

AMC announced today that it renewed its original Western drama Hell on Wheels for an expanded fourth season. For its third season, Hell on Wheels was moved to Saturday – a day that AMC has traditionally devoted to classic Western films and television shows – and the show attracted a larger audience than it had in its second seasonon Sunday nights. In its third season, Hell on Wheels delivered an average audience of 3.3 million viewers, live and with three days of time shifting.

According to Variety, stage and screen veteran Christopher Plummer will join fellow thespian John Travolta, as well as Tye Sheridan, in THE FORGER. Directed by Philip Martin (Wallander), the movie is set to begin filming in Boston in October.

Universal is set to release the film on Dec. 18, 2015, with Colin Farrell, Paula Patton, Paul Dano, Travil Fimmel, Anson Mount and Anton Yelchin in talks for different roles. As of now, no actors are officially attached.
