WICKED, the "gravity-defying Wizard of Oz prequel" (Time Out) that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, will tonight (Thursday 9 August 2018) play its landmark 5000th performance at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre.

Wicked has released the first pictures of new principal cast members David Witts as Fiyero and Chris Jarman as Doctor Dillamond (who join the London production from Monday 23 July 2018), together with current cast members Alice Fearn as Elphaba, Sophie Evans as Glinda and Rosa O'Reilly, who takes over the role of Nessarose.

WICKED, the “world class West End musical” (Official London Theatre) that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is delighted to confirm that Alice Fearn (Elphaba), Sophie Evans (Glinda), Melanie La Barrie (Madame Morrible), Andy Hockley (The Wizard), Jack Lansbury (Boq), Laura Pick (Standby for Elphaba) and Carina Gillespie & Maria Coyne* (Standby for Glinda) will all continue in their current roles. Joining them, from Monday 23 July 2018, will be the previously announced David Witts as Fiyero together with Chris Jarman (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) as Doctor Dillamond and current cast member Rosa O'Reilly, who takes over the role of Nessarose.

WICKED, the 'spellbinding smash hit' (Time Out London) that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is delighted to announce that former EastEnders star David Witts is returning from three years in L.A. to make his West End debut as 'Fiyero' from Monday 23 July 2018.

Music & Lyrics and West Yorkshire Playhouse have announced that Charlotte Wakefield in the role of Truly Scrumptious and Jos Vantyler in the role of the Childcatcher in the much-loved Sherman Brothers musical CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG. One of the world's most famous cars has flown into the Birmingham Hippodrome this week, in the form of Ian Fleming's spectacular musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Based on the beloved film of the same name, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang sees struggling inventor Caractacus Potts swept away on an extraordinary adventure with his children, Jeremy and Jemima, and the beautiful Truly Scrumptious. 

Music & Lyrics and West Yorkshire Playhouse are delighted to announce Charlotte Wakefield in the role of Truly Scrumptious and Jos Vantyler in the role of the Childcatcher in the much-loved Sherman Brothers musical CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, when the production arrives in Edinburgh this October. The tour continues until 4 February 2017.

TICKETS are still available for the much-loved musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, which flies into Canterbury this summer. The show, at The Marlowe Theatre from Wednesday 24 August, stars Lee Mead (Casualty, Legally Blonde, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat) as Caractacus Potts; Claire Sweeney (Brookside, Strictly Come Dancing, Loose Women, Chicago, Guys And Dolls, Educating Rita, and Hairspray) as Baroness Bomburst; Phill Jupitus (The Producers, Hairspray) as Lord Scrumptious/Baron Bomburst; Carrie Hope Fletcher (Les Miserables, War Of The Worlds) as TrulyScrumptious; Matt Gillett (Jersey Boys, Top Hat) as the Childcatcher; and Andy Hockley (The Phantom Of The Opera) as Grandpa Potts.

Claire Sweeney will play the role of Baroness Bomburst in Music & Lyrics and West Yorkshire Playhouse's production of the much-loved Sherman Brothers musical CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, from Wednesday 3 August 2016.  The production is touring across the UK and Ireland until February 2017. Michelle Collins, who currently plays Baroness Bomburst, leaves the production on 30 July 2016.

From August 3, Claire Sweeney will play the role of Baroness Bomburst in Music & Lyrics and West Yorkshire Playhouse's production of the much-loved Sherman Brothers musical CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG.
