Huntington Theatre Company Announces VENUS IN FUR Special Events

In conjunction with its upcoming production of David Ives' sexy Broadway hit comedy Venus in Fur, Huntington Theatre Company will host a number of special post-show conversations and fun experiences. Admission to onsite post-show events is free with a ticket to Venus in Fur, available at huntingtontheatre.org/venusinfur, by phone at 617 266 0800, or in person at the BU Theatre (264 Huntington Avenue) and Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA (527 Tremont Street) box offices. Tickets start at $25.
Coolidge Corner Theatre & Huntington's STAGE & SCREEN to Continue with SECRETARY, 1/6

Stage & Screen, a collaboration between Coolidge Corner Theatre and Huntington Theatre Company that explores the depictions of shared themes in Huntington productions and acclaimed films continues its second season of collaboration on Monday, January 6 at 7pm with Secretary starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader. The screening will be followed by a conversation moderated by Boston Globe columnist Meredith Goldstein with Venus in Fur director Daniel Goldstein and actors Andrea Syglowski and Chris Kipiniak.

Following a two-week extension, Alan Cumming's acclaimed one-man production of Macbeth concludes its limited Broadway engagement today, July 14, at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre (243 W. 47th St.). Following a two-week extension, Alan Cumming's acclaimed one-man production of Macbeth concludes its limited Broadway engagement today at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre (243 W. 47th St.). The production was originally slated to close on Sunday, June 30.
