Sacred Fools Theater Company has announced Jonas Oppenheim’s new play, The Planet Earth Farewell Concert, a world premiere musical satire about the climate crisis. 

Vengeance Productions is back with a ..well…vengeance!. Writer, Director and Actor trio from HFF16 Best Comedy Winner Lamprey: Weekend of Vengeance have teamed up again to bring us the story of a sweet first date that turns into a race against the clock as they try to outrun the cops, the mafia and their pasts.

The friends’ frenetic jumble of revelations and their evening of navel gazing (so much navel gazing) is a powder keg of soap opera cum sitcom tropes.

Write Act Repertory will present the world premiere of Not/Now, written by Darrin Yalacki and directed by Amanda Blake Davis (Folk Wandering, Clown Bar), produced with Anne Mesa and John Lant.

The Sacred Fools Theater Company is delighted to welcome Hollywood Fringe Festival audiences back to the Broadwater for this year’s festival. The venue will be hosting dozens of shows, including the Company’s own offering, “Three Guys, One Groupon,” by J. Bailey Burcham, directed by Rebecca Larsen.

50 Shades! The Musical Parody (www.50ShadesTheMusical.com) will end its engagement at The Elektra Theatre (300 W. 43rd Street) on April 26th. Directed by Al Samuels and Rob Lindley, 50 Shades! The Musical Parody is produced by Emily Dorezas, Al Samuels, Andrew Asnes, Rob Kolson, Brett McDonald and 50 Shades Tour LLC. The show recently celebrated its oneyear anniversary in New York, and at the time of closing, 50 Shades! The Musical Parody will have played 453 performances.
