The upcoming Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof will begin performances on Friday, November 20, 2015, with an official opening night on Sunday, December 20, 2015, at The Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway). It will star Danny Burstein as Tevye, Jessica Hecht as Golde, Adam Dannheisser as Lazar Wolf, Adam Kantor as Motel, Alix Korey as Yente, Samantha Massell as Hodel, Melanie Moore as Chava, Ben Rappaport as Perchik, Nick Rehberger as Fyedka, Alexandra Silber as Tzeitel and more.  The company met the press earlier today and BroadwayWorld was there for the special presentation. On Monday, November 2, 2015 at 6 PM at the Friars Club (57 East 55th Street, New York City), BROADWAY'S GOT GUTS will provide a spectacular evening of wonderful entertainment by Broadway's brightest, singing the wonderful standards and hits performed by the late, great Nancy LaMott on the 20th anniversary of her death, all to benefit the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.

Producers Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel, and Jam Theatricals are thrilled to announce the opening of the box office for the upcoming Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roofon Friday, October 9 at 10:00 AM with a special offer. To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the original Fiddler's “Best Musical” Tony Award, seats will be available for $50. These seats for select winter performances must be purchased in person at the box office.

Broadway fans celebrated the 29th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction by bidding on and buying everything from tickets to a bevy of opening night performances to custom-made music mixes, from autographed musical phrases to once-in-a-lifetime theatrical experiences. The result: a record $756,655 was raised for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed additional casting for the upcoming Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof: JENNY ROSE BAKER (Annie Get Your Gun) will play Shprintze, MICHAEL BERNARDI will play Mordcha, JENNIFER ZETLAN will play Shaindel, and MATT MOISEY and TESS PRIMACK will also join the cast.
