Ghost the Musical, beginning previews March 15th with the opening date set for April 23rd, is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, The Norman Conquests, Boeing-Boeing) and choreographed by Ashley Wallen (The X Factor, Kylie Minogue). Ghost The Musical is created by a team of Grammy and Academy Award winners, with a brand-new original score by Dave Stewart (half of the multi-Grammy Award winning Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson's Man In The Mirror, Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill), with a book by Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob's Ladder, The Time Traveler's Wife), who has adapted his Academy Award winning original screenplay for the stage. This brand new score also includes the iconic song 'Unchained Melody,' famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers. Broadway Barkada, a group of New York-based Filipino actors, singers, and dancers who've been performing on various Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, will hold a fundraiser via a pre-valentine concert titled "So This Is Love: An Evening of Love Songs" at Trump Place (220 Riverside Boulevard) on Friday, February 10, 8 p.m. Proceeds will be used for the three-year-old organization's upcoming projects.

The Nederlander Theatre box office opens for Newsies Monday, January 30th at 10:00am. Tickets will be available for purchase through NewsiesTheMusical.com, by calling Ticketmaster's Disney on Broadway hotline at 866-870-2717, or in person at the Nederlander Theatre box office (208 W. 41st Street). The Nederlander Theatre box office will be open Monday through Saturday 10:00am - 8:00pm through March 11th. Beginning March 12th box office hours will be Monday through Saturday 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday 11:00am - 7:00pm.

The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre Box Office (205 West 46th Street) opens on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 10am for Ghost The Musical. In celebration, each customer who places an order at the box office on Monday will receive a copy of the London original cast album. In addition, the production has exclusively released 50 tickets for the opening night performance on Monday, April 23rd at 6:30pm. Previously unavailable to the public, visitors to the box office will have an opportunity to purchase these opening night tickets on a first come, first served basis. Philippine-based ABS CBN lifestyle program host and entertainment reporter MJ Felipe recently flew all the way to Zurich, Switzerland to meet and conduct a behind-the-scenes tour with MAMMA MIA's international touring company's stage manager, James Anderton and its cast. The touring production marked its 2,000th performance on the road in Zurich last November; its next stop is the Cultural Center of the Philippines, with limited engagement performances from January 24 to February 12.
