According to the Hollywood Reporter, stage and screen star Martin Short is set to star in the seventh season of Showtime's WEEDS. Martin will guest star in three episodes, in which he will play an 'eccentric attorney.'

ISSUE Project Room's inaugural benefit at their future home - the architecturally and acoustically beautiful jewel-box theater at 110 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn - brought together an array of artists, musicians, filmmakers and writers in celebration of longtime supporter Elliott Sharp's 60th birthday. Over 250 attendees helped raise approximately $80,000 and enjoyed the first public preview of the innovative concepts for the new space. Sarah Paulson is set for a still untitled NBC comedy about a woman who helps people adjust to career changes. Quinn will star in a BBC detective series called 'Prime Suspect,' while Ambrose is set for FOX's 'Weekends at Bellevue.'
