Agatha Christie's classic who-done-it, THE MOUSETRAP, which opened March 11 at the McCarter Theatre Centre in Princeton, is splendid. It would be hard for anyone to create a better 'mousetrap' than this performance directed by Adam Immerwahr.

Mayhem and suspicion abound with McCarter Theatre's new production of Agatha Christie's seminal thriller THE MOUSETRAP, directed by Adam Immerwahr. The production runs now through March 27 on the Matthews Stage. For the past two years The Kilroys solicited nominations from over 300 theatre professionals, (primarily artistic directors and literary managers), for their favorite new plays by female-identified playwrights. In June they published The List -- the top 53 of these plays. In the same spirit of promoting opportunities for female and trans artists, Colt Coeur will produce four public readings of new plays by female-identified playwrights to coincide with the run of How to Live on Earth, by MJ Kaufman, who's play Sagitarrius Ponderosa was selected for The List this year.

One of the capital's most beloved annual traditions, the Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) Free For All, and one of William Shakespeare's most beloved plays, A Midsummer Night's Dream, are coming together for a major milestone: Free For All's 25th anniversary. Ethan McSweeny directs a revival of his 2012-2013 STC production, which will run September 1-13 at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW).
