TYLER M. PERRY, an NYC-based lighting and scenic designer, received his BFA in Theatrical Production Arts with concentrations in Lighting and Scenic Design from Ithaca College. Kitchen Theatre Company: Crooked, Opus (Scenic & Lighting Designer); The Motherf**ker with the Hat, The Whipping Man, Frankie and Johnny in... Lune, The Mystery of Irma Vep (Lighting Designer); Broke-ology (Properties Designer). Ithaca College: The Magic Flute (Scenic Designer); The Light in the Piazza, How Learned to Drive (Lighting Designer); among others. Running to Places Theatre Company: Resident Designer 2011-2013. He has also worked extensively as an assistant/associate designer with such companies as Kitchen Theatre Co., Hangar Theatre, Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Florida Grand Opera, Mill City Summer Opera, and the Herson Group Ltd. Kitchen Theatre Company's Board of Directors have announced the appointment of Emily Jackson as the next Producing Artistic Director beginning July 1, 2024. A familiar face to Kitchen patrons and the Ithaca theater community, Ms. Jackson brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role.
