Russell Crowe to Make Directorial Debut with THE WATER DIVINER

According to Deadline.com, Russell Crowe will make his directorial debut with THE WATER DIVINER, in which he will also star. The film is written by Andrew Knight and Andrew Anastasios and will begin shooting in Turkey and Australia later this year.

The movie is set in 1919 and follows an Australian who travels to Turkey to find his two sons who have gone missing following the battle of Gallipoli.

Crowe can currently be seen in Man of Steel and recently appeared in Les Miserables and Broken City. His next projects include Noah and Winter's Tale. Other film credits include: Robin Hood, State of Play, Body of Lies, American Gangster, 3:10 to Yuma, A Good Year, Cinderella Man, A Beautiful Mind, Gladiator and more.

E! to Air PRETTY WILD Marathon in Anticipation of THE BLING RING, 6/21

Relive the much-buzzed about story of the "Bling Ring" first-hand as it unfolded with Alexis Neiers on the E! series "Pretty Wild." On the same day that Sofia Coppola's film "Bling Ring" is released nationwide, E! will air a two hour marathon of episodes that follow Neiers alleged involvement in the ring during her time on "Pretty Wild" and some of the early court proceedings. The marathon airs Friday, June 21st from 1:00PM - 3:00PM ET/PT only on E!

Alexis Neiers of "Pretty Wild" was allegedly a member of the "Bling Ring" group, which consisted of a number of teenagers who burglarized the homes of celebrities and Hollywood figures from October 2008 through August 2009. Over the course of those 11 months, this group stole a reported $3 million in cash and belongings. Now director Sofia Coppola has adapted these true events for her upcoming film "Bling Ring," which will be released nationwide on Friday. E! will air the below episodes of the "Pretty Wild" series, featuring events surrounding the "Bling Ring" scandal, in conjunction with the film release:

1:00 PM: "Pretty Wild: The Arrest"
Emerging as Hollywood's newest stars, sisters Tess, Alexis and Gabby are ready to take the City of Angels by storm. In the season premiere of "Pretty Wild," sexy sisters Tess and Alexis land a huge modeling gig, but a knock on their door early one morning will change the life of one sister forever.

1:30PM: "Pretty Wild: The Hearing"
With her freedom on the line at a preliminary hearing, Alexis faces charges of allegedly committing a burglary targeting celebrity homes. Meanwhile, Tess is ecstatic when she is invited on a date with a pop superstar and Gabby's world is rocked when Andrea announces that the whole family is making a big move.

2:00 PM: "Pretty Wild: Vanity Unfair"
Alexis gets the opportunity to finally tell her side of the story in an interview in Vanity Fair, but the article doesn't quite turn out the way she expected. At Andrea's suggestion, Gabby goes job hunting and Tess is determined to find out just where her relationship with rocker Max stands after he didn't respond to any of her texts while in Cabo.

2:30PM: "Pretty Wild: And So It Is"
Alexis struggles with the stress of her impending trial and finding out that celebrity superstar, Orlando Bloom will be testifying against her in court. She begins to unravel as she questions her decision to go to trial or take the plea deal. The rest of the family tries to cope, but the court case begins to affect Tess' relationship with Max.

A new poster for Will Ferrell's ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES has just been released - check it out, in all of its mustachioed glory, below!

Anchorman: The Legend Continues will once again star Ferrell as news anchorman Ron Burgundy. Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, David Koechner and Christina Applegate will also star. The first film was released by Dreamworks in 2004 and grossed more than $91 million worldwide at the box office.

The movie recently signed up Harrison Ford for a role, rumors are that Meryl Streep might be making a cameo, and Kristen Wiig, Dylan Baker and Meagan Good joining the cast.

The sequel to the 2004 smash hit comedy will center on "how round the clock news has impacted the San Diego-based broadcasting team." The director revealed that he intends to convey a serious message in his story, in addition to the anticipated jokes. "Even though it's going to be a big silly movie, it's all about the rise of the new media and 24 hour news cycle, and there's a lot of interesting points to make," he added. "It's just funny that Americans have to contend with 2000 channels, and 60 different specific news sources, and the confusion that it creates, and the junk that we get to see is hilarious."

I Give It a Year is a 2013 British comedy film, written and directed by Dan Mazer. The film was released on 8 February 2013. The film marks Mazer's directorial debut, having previously been best known for writing the Sacha Baron Cohen films Borat and Brüno. The film was based and filmed in London. It was given a certificate rating '15'. It was classified as R16 in New Zealand for offensive language and sex scenes.

After meeting at a party, ambitious high-flier Nat, (Rose Byrne), and struggling writer Josh, (Rafe Spall), fall in love at first sight. After six months together they decide to marry. The film highlights their struggles during their first year of marriage, switching from flashbacks of the year's action to a councilor's office during the film. Their wedding goes as planned despite many friends commenting that they think the marriage will not last, an embarrassing best man's speech and a coughing priest.

Bell Comments On FROZEN & Menzel, Character Images Revealed

Popular stage and screen performer Kristen Bell opens up about her new role as an animated feature film heroine in Disney's hotly anticipated new big screen tuner FROZEN in a new interview, as well as comments on her starry assortment of co-stars.

Additionally, new images from FROZEN have also just been released, depicting the eternally wintery city of Arendelle and some of its various friendly and furry inhabitants who play pivotal roles in the action, adventure and drama of the sister-centered tale which also features the voice talents of GLEE star and Broadway regular Jonathan Groff and BOOK OF MORMON Tony-winner Josh Gad.

Besides Groff and Gad, FROZEN also is highlighted by two other major theatrical talents - no less than Tony Award winner Idina Menzel and current Rodgers & Hammerstein'S CINDERELLA Broadway prince Santino Fontana.

In speaking of her affection for the animated genre in general, Bell relates, "Since I was 4 years old, I dreamed of being in a Disney animated film. It was the first goal I ever set for myself. It seemed like it would be a very unrealistic one."

Bell comments that her forthright character, Anna, is not the typical Disney princess, though - "He's the more Disney-type of guy," Bell says of Fontana's character, a prince named Kristoff.

Yet, Bell adds of the daunting challenge presented by sharing a soundstage - and, more to the point, recording studio - with vocal powerhouse Menzel was outright "terrifying."

"It's like getting on a bike path with Lance Armstrong. She's one of the best singers on the planet," Bell says.

FROZEN was directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, with a screenplay by Jennifer Lee and Shane Morris based on the Hans Christian Andersen story THE SNOW QUEEN.

Stage and screen crossover superstars Jeremy Jordan and Anna Kendrick star in the feature adaptation of Jason Robert Brown's cult hit two-character musical THE LAST FIVE YEARS and even more onset photos of the attractive duo in costume while filming the Richard LaGravenese movie musical have leaked.

Judging from the shots just released, the pair appear to be filming moments from the musical number "I Can Do Better Than That", which occurs during a cross-state road trip from New York to Connecticut.

THE LAST FIVE YEARS traces the beginning and end of the relationship between writer Jamie (Jordan) and actress Kathy (Kendrick) from alternating perspectives in a unique and arresting manner, highlighted by Brown's lyrical, pop-flecked score.

Also, yesterday, THE LAST FIVE YEARS stars Jordan and Kendrick took to Twitter, along with the musical's Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist Jason Robert Brown, to comment on the commencement of filming and more, available here.

Paramount Pictures Announces WORLD WAR Z Licensing Program

Paramount Licensing today announced its slate of worldwide licensing partners in support of the highly anticipated film "WORLD WAR Z," which opens in theaters nationwide on June 21 st. To extend the excitement of the summer film event, Paramount is rolling out a robust in-theatre merchandise program highlighted by mobile pop up stores in select theaters, creating a limited line of products to celebrate fan generated art, and strategically aligning with a select group of toy, game, apparel and accessory, collectible, costume, publishing, and online licensees.

Paramount will bring "WORLD WAR Z" to consumers via Hot Topic, the film's exclusive retail promotional partner. As the official "WORLD WAR Z" movie headquarters, Hot Topic is rolling out the "WORLD WAR Z" merchandise program across all 660 of its stores. Fans ready to show their "Monsters University" spirit can "go team go" to Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre to see "Monsters University" and take part in a monstrously fun pep rally being held at the venue. The excitement happens exclusively at the El Capitan Theatre June 21- Aug. 7, 2013, before each showing of Disney•Pixar's "Monsters University," which is presented in Real D 3D and Dolby Atmos.

"The El Capitan Theatre welcomes Mike and Sulley live on stage in a monster-sized event that promises cheers, chants, scares and spirit," said Lylle Breier, senior vice president, Worldwide Special Events for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
