<title>Fashion Photo of the Day 5/17/13 - Carey Mulligan</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Come rain or come shine, Carey Mulligan was not going to let a little bad weather ruin her night out at the Cannes Film Festival.  Mullian was dressed to the nines in &lt;a href=&apos;http://fashion.broadwayworld.com/designer/Christian-Dior&apos;&gt;Christian Dior&lt;/a&gt; to celebrate the premiere of her new film &lt;em&gt;The Great Gatsby&lt;/em&gt;.  I am so thrilled to see how glamorous she looks because I was honestly a bit disappointed by her New York film premiere look.  It didn&amp;#39;t have enough oomph.  But this dress definitely has oomph and more!&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How stunning is that pale pink color with her peaches and cream complexion?  This is so a princess moment for Mulligan and she knows it.  And I kind of think the umbrella makes it all better.  But my favorite part about her look is the bright red lip and with her simple makeup.  It was all she needed to complete such a gorgeous dress.  This dress could have come across too precious but Mulligan made it look fresh and chic.  J&amp;#39;adore!&lt;/p&gt;

<title>Shoe Factory Collapses in Cambodia</title>
