THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS, the provocative and wickedly funny theatrical adaptation of the C.S. Lewis novel about spiritual warfare from a demon's point of view, comes to Boise for twoperformances only. Prior to that production, THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS was a sold out hit in Chicago and Washington D. C. The National Tour ofTHE SCREWTAPE LETTERS has delighted capacity audiences in over 50 major cities including Los Angeles, Boston and San Francisco since January 2011. Over 325,000 theatergoers have seen this production.

THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS creates a morally inverted universe set in an eerily stylish office in hell, where God is called the "Enemy" and the devil is referred to as "Our Father below." The play follows His Abysmal Sublimity Screwtape, and his slavish creature-demon Toadpipe, as they train an apprentice demon, Wormwood, on how to ruin the life and damn the soul of an unsuspecting human on earth.

Associated Press calls the production "Devilishly funny!" "Sly, funny, handsomely produced...the devil is an equal-opportunity entertainer!" says The Washington Post. "A profound experience!", exclaims Christianity Today. The Boston Globe raves that it is "Engrossing and entertaining!" and The Chicago Tribune says THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS is "Very smart...richly rewarding... exuberant theatricality!"

Screwtape is portrayed by award winning actor Brent Harris, who played Scar in the National Tour of The Lion King, Lucifer in Dr. Faustus, Iago in Othello, Salieri in Amadeus, Olivier in Orson's Shadow, Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird, andthe title role in Macbeth. He is regularly seen in many productions staged by America's greatest theatre companies.

THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS is produced by New York City based Fellowship for the Performing Arts. Max McLean serves as the Producing Artistic Director. McLean, along with Jeffrey Fiske, wrote and directed the theatrical adaptation. Executive Producer and General Manager is Ken Denison of Aruba Productions. Scenic Design is by Cameron Anderson, Costumes by Michael Bevins, Lighting Design by Jesse Klug, and Original Music and Sound Design by John Gromada.

The National Tour of THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS honors the 50-year legacy of C.S. Lewis who passed away on November 22, 1963, the same day President Kennedy was assassinated. This anniversary will be accompanied by one of Great Britain's highest honors: a memorial for Lewis in Poet's Corner at Westminster Abbey, alongside such luminaries as Chaucer, Dickens, and Shakespeare.

Along with The Chronicles of Narnia (including The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe), The Great Divorce and Mere Christianity, THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS is still one of Lewis' most popular and influential pieces.

An affectionate paean to Smalltown, U.S.A. of a bygone era, Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN
follows fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill as he cons the
people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a
boys' band he vows to organize - this despite the fact he doesn't know a
trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are
foiled when he falls for Marian the librarian, who transforms him into a
respectable citizen by curtain's fall. Perfect for professional
theatres, community groups, summer stock and schools alike, this
award-winning, critically acclaimed Broadway classic is an all-American
institution, thanks to is quirky characters, charmingly predictable
dramatic situations, and one-of-a-kind, nostalgic score of rousing
marches, barbershop quartets and sentimental ballads which have become
popular standards. The cast features a soaring soprano ingenue, parts
for young performers and children, and one of the musical theatre's
treasures, a tour de force leading role for a charismatic actor who
doesn't need to be a trained singer. By turns wicked, funny, warm, romantic and touching, THE MUSIC MAN is family entertainment at its best.

The Brothers Grimm hit Broadway with an epic fairytale where worlds collide. James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim take everyone's favorite storybook characters and brings them together for a timeless yet relevant piece and rare modern classic.

The story follows a Baker and his wife who wish to have a child, Cinderella who wishes to attend the King's Festival, and Jack who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results.

One of Sondheim's most popular works, INTO THE WOODS is a musically sophisticated show with the opportunity to feature actors adept at dark comedy. Designers will especially enjoy highlighting the fantastical elements of this magical word.

Company of Fools to Present OTHER DESERT CITIES, 7/2-27

Hidden secrets are unearthed and family tensions fly high in Pulitzer Prize nominee Jon Robin Baitz's contemporary family drama Other Desert Cities, hailed by the New York Times as "the best new play on Broadway" in 2011. Richmond Theatre Critics Circle award winner and Company of Fools' founder RusTy Wilson returns to direct the Idaho premiere of the show with a standout cast that features Keith Moore, Denise Simone and Patsy Wygle and guest actors Hanna Cheek and Adrian Rieder. Neil Simon's classic comedy The Odd Couple is one of Broad-way's funniest. Felix has just broken up with his wife. With no-where else to go, he is urged by his good friend, Oscar, to move in with him. Oscar is a disorganized, casual, incurable slob and Felix is an uptight, neat and neurotic control freak. This hilarious tale of mismatched buddies has more big laughs than Manhattan has hot dog vendors. There's nothing odd about the non-stop laughter in The Odd Couple!

Twain's timeless classic sweeps us down the mighty Mississippi as the irrepressible Huck Finn helps his friend Jim, a slave, escape to freedom at the mouth of the Ohio River. Their adventures along the way are hilarious, suspenseful and heartwarming, bringing to life your favorite characters from the novel-the Widow Douglas and her stern sister, Miss Watson; the uproarious King and Duke, who may or may not be as harmless as they seem; Huck's partner in crime, Tom Sawyer, and their rowdy gang of pals; Huck's drunken father, the sinister Pap Finn; the lovely Mary Jane Wilkes and her trusting family. Propelled by an award winning score from Roger Miller, the king of country music, this jaunty journey provides a brilliantly theatrical celebration of pure Americana.Music by Roger Miller; Lyrics by Roger Miller; Book by William Hauptman; Adapted from the novel by Mark Twain

"Goin' courting" has never been as much fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular MGM movie, adapted by Lawrence Kasha and David Landay. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women from a neighboring town to be their brides. Bursting with the rambunctious energy of the original film, SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS is all boisterous fun and romance that harkens back to the glory days of the movie musical.SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS is a glorious romp suitable for middle school, high school, and community theatre productions.
