Thrilling moments of staging/writing

I have such a thing for subtle pieces of staging or delicate lines in a play or musical. Can anyone think of some examples? This thread will most likely contain spoilers. 

One of my favourite pieces of staging is the Act One finale of August: Osage County where Violet stands in the room, dazed as the music fades out and a soundtrack becomes more intense. I also love that famous scene in The Beauty Queen of Lenaane. Thrilling!
