With news of Amber Riley portraying the role of Effie White over seas, I think it would be an interesting choice to have (Grease Live, Cinderella) Keke Palmer play Deena and (The Wiz Live) Shaniece Williams play Lorell. They're al pretty young, fresh faced and have made memorable impressions. I'd be really excited to see them as the Dreams!!!

Really?!?!?! I thought people were going to bash me for suggesting such a thing. I feel they would all be perfect matches for the roles, although I do believe out of the three that Amber may be the weakest actress, but maybe having the strongest voice will make up for it

I'd also be very excited if they got newer, younger, fresher talent for the leading men in the musical. Cant think of any young man on Broadway right now who could truly do amazing things with the part of Jimmy Early.

My dream is to one day be a casting director, like most people I cast shows in my head all the time, I didn't think anybody would like the idea of these 3 but me!!!
