Hello! I have a large collection of playbills that I no longer have much interest and am desperate need of some cash. I am more than willing to negotiate prices and I like to keep all orders over $20 if possible.

I think your several prices just aren't realistic.  On a quick search of eBay, I found:

- Chaplin for $5.50 
- First Date (Playbill plus flyer) for $7 [Playbill alone= $5.50)
- Ghost (Playbill + postcard) for $7
- Leap of Faith for $5.50
- Little Women for $5.50
- Pippin for $8
- Porgy and Bess for $6, with a flyer
 

...and then I got a bit bored looking up random shows. But all the shows I looked up (those above) were cheaper-- sometimes by several dollars-- on eBay. You may want to rethink your prices considering that there are many members on this board who generously give away their playbills.

OMG. seriously lower your prices and expectations.. I sell playbills for  a dollar!

Seriously.  Due to the advent of the Internet, Playbills no longer have the market value they did decades ago when vintage ones were virtually impossible to locate.  

 

I remember pre-Internet, an original Streisand FUNNY GIRL Playbill was worth about $300.  Post-Internet (and the with the birth of eBay), that same Playbill MIGHT bring in $10 today.  

 

A once free Playbill only has marketability if it has a strong fan base.  Otherwise, they are worthless.
