Did anyone watch?  Liked the Finding Neverland performance so much more in this (than the parade) without the literal bear dancing in roller-skates.  Their song is about imagination, and it bugs me that we're not asked to use our own.  I guess the "stage" at the White House couldn't handle the roller skates, and it served the song.

Also glad that Borle got to do a song from Something Rotten.  I really enjoyed the show, but I've heard enough of "A Musical."

Andrew Lloyd Webber made a cheesy chandelier Phantom joke before introducing the School of Rock kids.  They were cute and talented, and the song was decent.  It was the only thing Harvey Weinstein seemed to enjoy (his own show included).

We also got a very short performance of An American in Paris' opening ballet, "Ring of Keys" from Fun Home (the new girl seems very good), and of course, a conga with the First Lady, the real Gloria and the fake Gloria from On Your Feet.  P.S. Those teeny salsa boys are fireballs!  The whole show ended with a group sing-a-long from Neverland.  Overall, it gave a glimpse into a wide variety of the shows happening at the moment, so I enjoyed it.

The new girl from Fun Home is Gabriella Pizzolo formerly a Matilda. She is excellent.

I enjoyed the broadcast also but I wished it was an extra hour or half hour at least. I would have loved to hear more of the panels and maybe some longer  performances.

My issue with this was that they performed the same numbers as they did everywhere else, especially Finding Neverland is always doing "Believe" except for the Tony's. Was boring, and glad I PVR'd it.

i liked it and it was nice to see some actual performances after seeing the morning lip synchs at the parade

almost a commercial for Neverland, with two numbers opening, the closing number and Harvey sitting right next to Michelle. Im sure the "juice" has has provided the Obama's contributed to Neverland and his prominent positioning for the event...

Still waiting for Ring of Keys to not make me cry. This time in front of my family...

Think Harvey's positioning beside Michelle and the extra Finding Neverland had more to do with the fact that Weinstein produced the event.

I had almost forgotten how unbelievably vapid the Neverland songs were.
