I have a full price ticket for the 10/4 evening performance (Sat.) of It's Only a Play. I'm beginning to think I'd much prefer going to see Curious Incident (which just has my curiosity peaked so high!).

I really can't afford to bite the bullet on the ticket, so if anyone is interested in It's Only a Play, please PM me to discuss.

The ticket is B9 of the mezz. I'm asking for the price I paid, so with the fees it would be $154.25

If no one is interested, then obviously my decision would be made for me.

(I have ticket on will call, so could meet you either before the matinee hour or between the matinee and the evening show.)

{fingers crossed}

Dog will be showing in the cinemas soon for a fraction of the price. I can get a naughty version for $15 of the actual telecast to be shown in theaters . I will opt for the latter. The promo shown in the theaters left me cold

Thanks for the suggestion of checking TDF, but right at this moment tomorrow night is the only night it's listed. I'll keep my eye out, as I might be willing to "eat" my ticket at that price.

(I'm out of town, so I can really only go the same date.)

I'd keep your ticket. It's not the best show ever but I thought it was a lot of fun. It's worth it just for the cast. And in my book, if you have a chance to see Nathan Lane, you take it.

I've seen him perform a few times. No offense to him, but Im more interested in a great show/production then any star power.

I won't be bitter about not being able to switch if I cant sell the ticket, I just really want to catch Dog -- sooner rather than later. I just don't know the next time I'll be able to be in the city.

Worth keeping for only 2 reasons - Nathan Lane and Micah Stock.
Lane gives his usual master class over the top awesome performance
And Stock ( who will hopefully be a best supporting nom) gives a fabulous debut showing what you can do with very little. He is (in my very humble opinion) a true future star. Just wonderful and subtle

And Isabella Keating was great for Stockard Channing if she is still in

Worth my $147 to see Micah Stock alone

I'm not looking for anyone to change my mind, I'm just itching to see Curious Incident, and have greatly cooled my desire to see Only a Play.

If I get no takers, I won't be heartbroken, I know I'll keep an open mind - it won't affect how I will receive the show or anything.

SO....any takers for that ticket???

You might have to eat the fees or something.

I'm willing to consider that. But not willing to go much below that. Its not like I only come into the city once a year, so I'm fairly confident I'll get to see Curious, I'm just not a patient person!
