I have a question: My sister has a Hiptix Gold account but is currently traveling for a few months, so she can't pick up tickets from the box office if I buy tickets under her account. I made my own account, and she gave me the gold account promo code, but I am not a gold member. Will they check for my name on a list or would it be okay at the box office?

If you're going to order online, the system will know based on your e-mail address if you have a regular Hiptix account or a Hiptix gold account. I think when i did it the code was the same, so you can't differentiate that way. Call audience services, maybe, and explain the situation? They're pretty helpful. Your sister may have to place the order online, or give you her login information so you can order them using her e-mail address.

Question regarding HIPTIX vs. TDF. I've seen the show listed on TDF a few times. Has anyone taken advantage of this and can say where their seats have been? Is it the same section as the HIPTIX? I know there's not really a rhyme or reason to where TDF seats are...just curious about people's experiences. I'm going to be in NYC in late January so do you think I'd be better off just booking a HIPTIX or take a chance that it might pop up on TDF and (maybe) have a better seat?

Any thoughts appreciated! :)

I had purchased tickets and could not attend and was able to transfer them to another Hiptix Member. Maybe try that, buy on her acct call saying you can't go but would like to transfer them to __ member
