VIDEO: VoicePlay Counts Down Top 10 Broadway Hits - A Cappella!

The a cappella gurus of VoicePlay (seen on NBC's The Sing-Off and The Sing-Off National Tour) are taking on Broadway in their latest a cappella Top 10 Video. The group, known for their YouTube videos and live show, has elected to weave selections from their favorite Broadway musicals into one harmonious, and often hilarious opus. The YouTube offering, appropriately titled "ACA Top 10 Broadway", includes sections from classics like Chicago, Les Miserables, Lion King, and The Phantom of the Opera, while also pointing directly to the heart of new millennial successes such as The Book of Mormon and Wicked. Layne Stein, the group's vocal percussionist says, "The thing that I love most about the ACA Top 10 series is that it's audience inspired. We gave a shout out to Enrique Barrón, the person who commented on our YouTube channel suggesting we do the Broadway Top 10, and who knows, your idea could be next!"

VoicePlay is no stranger to Broadway, having teamed with Broadway maven Rachel Potter (Evita, Addams Family, Wicked Tour, X-Factor) on two separate video collaborations receiving acclaim from critics and pop stars including the likes of Sia and Peter Hollens.
